Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Made-to-Order Products
All 24 Hour Seating products are manufactured to order based on the specifications selected by each customer.
After an order is placed, our team will send an order confirmation detailing the selected chair model, upholstery, options, and configuration. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the order details before production begins.
Production & Lead Times
Once an order has been reviewed and approved, it is submitted for production.
Standard production time is approximately 4–6 weeks.
Production times may vary based on product configuration, material availability, holidays, and manufacturing schedules. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
When production is complete, your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Shipping transit times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipment Inspection
Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier and reported to us within 5 business days of receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist with a resolution.
