Return & Refund Policy
At 24 Hour Seating, all chairs are manufactured to order based on the specifications selected by each customer.
Order Review & Confirmation
After an order is placed, our team will send an order confirmation detailing the selected chair model, upholstery, options, and configuration. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information carefully and notifying us of any changes or corrections before approving the order for production.
Production will not begin until the order details have been confirmed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled prior to final approval and release to production.
Once an order has been approved and submitted for production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned except in cases of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or warranty-covered issues.
Returns
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for customer preference, ordering errors, change of mind, or incorrect selections that were approved during the order confirmation process.
Damaged or Defective Products
Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Warranty Claims
At 24 Hour Seating, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our chairs are manufactured in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and designed with modular components that can be serviced or replaced in the field, minimizing downtime and eliminating the need to return the chair for most warranty issues.
Our warranty includes:
- Lifetime warranty on the steel seat frame and steel portion of the seven-leg base
- Six (6) year warranty on all other chair components and parts
- Shipping coverage on approved warranty claims within the United States
If a component fails during the applicable warranty period due to defects in materials or workmanship, replacement parts will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order information, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper use are not covered under warranty.
